- eBay美国站发布公告称，7月9日起，美国邮政 将SPS Retail Ground、First-Class-Package和Parcel Select Ground合并为一项新的地面运输服务，名为“USPS Ground Advantage”。与此同时，eBay平台将相对应地进行一些调整：eBay会自动更新标签。如果卖家使用 First-Class Package或Parcel Select Ground发货，标签将打印并显示为USPS Ground Advantage。Ground Advantage将于7月9日起在eBay lisiting上显示：包含Parcel Select Ground的lisitng将自动更新，显示USPS Ground Advantage作为运输服务；只有First-Class Package将转移到Ground Advantage，First Class Mail将保持不变。
